Monofloral Sumur Honey | Hadramout

Derived from the nectar of the Sumur tree (a species of Acacia native to Yemen), this honey is harvested seasonally in Hadramout and surrounding valleys.

Naturally darker in tone with a dense, smooth consistency, Sumur Malaki reflects the arid valley environment and seasonal flowering cycle of its origin. It offers a deeper caramel character while maintaining balanced sweetness.

Cold-extracted and minimally filtered, it is not heat-treated.

To preserve quality and freshness, it is transported by air from origin before being carefully packed in Canada.

“Malaki” (Royal) is a traditional term used to describe distinguished Yemeni honey.

Also included in The Essentials selection.
