Monofloral Sidr Honey | Northern Yemen
Derived from the nectar of the wild Sidr tree (Ziziphus spina-christi), this honey is harvested seasonally in the northern valleys of Yemen during the flowering period.
Golden in color and naturally dense in texture, Sidr Malaki Usaimi reflects the climate and terrain of its region. It offers a smooth consistency and balanced sweetness with gentle caramel undertones.
Harvested once yearly, it is cold-extracted and minimally filtered without heat treatment.
To preserve quality and freshness, it is transported by air from origin before being carefully packed in Canada.
“Malaki” (Royal) is a traditional term used to describe distinguished Sidr honey.
