Monofloral Sidr Honey | Northern Yemen
Derived from the nectar of the wild Sidr tree (Ziziphus spina-christi), this honey is harvested seasonally in the northern valleys of Yemen during the flowering period.
Golden in colour and naturally dense in texture, Sidr Malaki Usaimi is known for its balanced and approachable profile. It offers refined sweetness with gentle caramel notes, making it an excellent introduction to Yemeni honey and a versatile choice for everyday enjoyment.
Harvested once yearly, it reflects the climate and terrain of its region while preserving the distinctive character associated with traditional Sidr honey.
Cold-extracted and minimally filtered, it is not heat-treated.
To preserve quality and freshness, it is transported by air from origin before being carefully packed in Canada.
"Malaki" (Royal) is a traditional term used to describe distinguished Sidr honey.
