Monofloral Sidr Honey | Wadi Do'an, Hadramout
Derived from the nectar of the wild Sidr tree (Ziziphus spina-christi), this honey is harvested seasonally in the valleys of Wadi Do'an, Hadramout — a region renowned for its long-standing Sidr beekeeping traditions.
Sidr Malaki Hadrami is distinguished by its richer, deeper character and more pronounced profile. Naturally viscous and smooth in texture, it offers balanced sweetness complemented by deeper caramel notes and a lingering finish that appeals to experienced honey enthusiasts.
Harvested once yearly during the flowering season, it reflects the unique environment and flora of its origin.
Cold-extracted and minimally filtered, it is not heat-treated.
To preserve freshness and quality, it is transported by air from origin before being carefully packed in Canada.
"Malaki" (Royal) is a traditional term used to describe distinguished Sidr honey.
