Monofloral Sidr Honey | Wadi Do’an, Hadramout
Derived from the nectar of the wild Sidr tree (Ziziphus spina-christi), this honey is harvested seasonally in the valleys of Wadi Do’an, Hadramout — a region long associated with traditional Sidr beekeeping.
Golden in tone and naturally viscous, Sidr Malaki Hadrami offers a smooth texture and balanced sweetness with gentle caramel undertones. Harvested once yearly during the flowering season, it reflects the environment and flora of its origin.
Cold-extracted and minimally filtered, it is not heat-treated.
To preserve quality and freshness, it is transported by air from origin before being carefully packed in Canada.
“Malaki” (Royal) is a traditional term used to describe distinguished Sidr honey.
